The e-commerce world has long had sophisticated tools for managing sales, bookings, and payments that streamline daily operations. However, the travel industry, focused on selling services rather than physical products, has fallen behind, struggling with a lack of integrated solutions. Small travel agencies often rely on manual document processing, limited automation, and outdated systems, which reduces efficiency and increases errors, resulting in:
