What we're looking for
- 5+ years with Ruby on Rails in production
- Advanced AI-assisted development: prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, integrating LLMs into development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, custom agents)
- Experience rescuing or modernizing legacy codebases
- Comfortable with code review, CI/CD, and writing tests (RSpec)
- Able to work directly with international clients (English B2+)
